Ben Lehrer
Having worked in the Commercial Real Estate business for over 25 years, I want to bring my experience to my clients, new and established. After working for 10 years in the world of shopping center development for both REITs and private developers, I transitioned to a boutique consultant firm, providing Development, Project Management, and Tenant Coordination services to the commercial development sector.
What started as a small firm quickly grew in size and reputation, growing to a staff of 75, where I served as Chief Operating Officer. Eventually becoming an M&A target for acquisition, I worked to bring the entire staff onto the CBRE platform (the world's largest Real Estate Services provider), and then served as America's Managing Director for Retail Project Management.
Having worked as a developer and consultant, in the field and in the corporate office, for firms both large and small, I have experienced first hand all of the complications of the industry sector. In 2022, I started NDA to bring that experience to clients looking to grow their business, but don't have the experience to build, buy, or manage the department of Design, Construction and Development. Let me work with you to create a system of in-house and outsourced resources that let you continue to do what you do best.
